All orders are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. U.S. orders can be expected to be delivered within 2-5 days after shipping depending on the location.
Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday as well as some Saturday's. Orders are not sent out on holidays. If we are aware of a specific delay due to weather, holidays, or anything else out of our control we will do our best to let you know.
We are not responsible for lost and damaged items that are not insured.
At this time we ship all products to the U.S., and only certain products to Canada, the UK, and France. If an individual item is NOT available for international shipping it will be noted in the product description. If you are unsure, please contact us at email@example.com before purchasing.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be more than happy to work with you. If your item(s) is damaged or not as described, a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or product exchange is available. If you would like to return an item, you have 15 days from the day you receive the item to do so for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or an exchange.
